NT52C Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter

Hygienic Pressure & Level Sensor

High-Performance Pressure & Level Measurement for Hygienic and Industrial Applications

The NOIKE-AH NT52C Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter is engineered for accurate pressure and liquid level measurement in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a high-precision capacitive sensing core and a flush-mounted isolation diaphragm, it is particularly suitable for measuring high-viscosity, crystallizing, corrosive, or sanitary process media.

Unlike conventional pressure transmitters with recessed diaphragms, the flush diaphragm design prevents media buildup, clogging, and contamination, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical production, and other hygienic applications.

With 4–20 mA analog output and optional HART communication, the NT52C ensures reliable process monitoring, long-term stability, and excellent measurement accuracy.

How the NT52C Pressure Transmitter Works

The NT52C uses a capacitive pressure measurement principle.

Process pressure is transferred through the flush isolation diaphragm and filling fluid to the sensing diaphragm inside the sensor. The diaphragm displacement changes the capacitance between two precision capacitor plates.

The electronic circuit converts this capacitance variation into a highly accurate output signal available as:

  • 4–20 mA analog output
  • HART digital communication

For gauge pressure models, atmospheric pressure acts as the reference. For absolute pressure models, a sealed reference chamber maintains a constant pressure reference.

The sensing diaphragm displacement is less than 0.1 mm, providing exceptional sensitivity, excellent repeatability, and outstanding long-term stability.
