Product Overview

The NOIKE-AH Intelligent Vortex Flow Meter LUGB Series measures the flow rate of saturated steam, superheated steam, gases, and liquids using the Karman vortex shedding principle. It is designed for industrial flow measurement where stable performance and reliable signal output are required.

The LUGB Series Intelligent Vortex Flow Transmitter adopts a stress-type vortex sensing structure and can output either pulse frequency signals or 4–20 mA standard analog signals, making it compatible with a wide range of industrial control and automation systems.

Why Choose the Intelligent Vortex Flow Meter LUGB Series?

The LUGB Series provides reliable flow measurement for industrial processes requiring accurate monitoring of steam, gas, and liquid flow.

Key Advantages

  • Based on the Karman vortex measurement principle
  • Suitable for steam, gas, and liquid applications
  • High measurement accuracy
  • Stable signal output for industrial control systems
  • Pulse or 4–20 mA output options
  • Available for standard and high-temperature applications
  • Suitable for process automation and flow monitoring

Working Principle

The LUGB Series operates according to the Karman vortex shedding principle.

When fluid flows past the bluff body inside the flow meter, alternating vortices are generated downstream. The frequency of these vortices is proportional to the flow velocity. The sensor detects the vortex frequency and converts it into an electrical signal, allowing the flow rate to be calculated and transmitted to monitoring or control systems.
