We built a test bench and purchased two specifications of high-precision diffused silicon and high-precision monocrystalline silicon. It was tested that monocrystalline silicon is much more stable. Although it is relatively expensive, for the test bench, the higher the accuracy, the higher the precision. Paired with a recorder to monitor the experimental process, it saves time and effort.
