  • Model: LK-136P

Specification

Product Summary

The NOIKE-AH Submersible Level Transmitter LK-136P is a high-precision hydrostatic level sensor designed for continuous liquid level measurement in tanks, reservoirs, boreholes, rivers, and industrial process systems.

Equipped with a high-stability imported pressure sensing chip and intelligent digital compensation technology, the LK-136P provides reliable and accurate level measurement even in demanding industrial environments. Its fully sealed stainless steel construction and waterproof vented cable allow long-term immersion while maintaining excellent stability and measurement accuracy.

Supporting multiple output options including 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, RS485, and HART, the transmitter is ideal for PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.

Working Principle

The Submersible Level Transmitter LK-136P based on the hydrostatic pressure principle.

As the liquid level increases, the pressure exerted on the sensing diaphragm rises proportionally. The internal pressure sensor converts this hydrostatic pressure into an electrical signal. Intelligent digital processing and nonlinear compensation ensure highly accurate level measurement while minimizing temperature drift and long-term deviation.

The vented cable continuously compensates for atmospheric pressure changes, allowing the transmitter to provide stable and precise level measurements.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a submersible level transmitter?

A submersible level transmitter is a hydrostatic pressure sensor designed to continuously measure liquid levels by detecting the pressure generated by the liquid column.

How does the LK-136P measure liquid level?

The sensor converts hydrostatic pressure into an electrical signal. Intelligent digital compensation then calculates the corresponding liquid level with high accuracy.

Which output signals are available?

The LK-136P supports 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, RS485, and HART, making it compatible with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other industrial control systems.

Can the transmitter remain underwater permanently?

Yes. The waterproof sealed construction and vented cable are designed for continuous long-term immersion.

Which industries commonly use this transmitter?

It is widely used in water treatment, municipal water supply, hydrology, chemical processing, petroleum storage, power plants, reservoirs, irrigation systems, and industrial automation.
