Electromagnetic Flowmeter NM200 series

  • Brand: NOIKE-AH
  • Model:‌ NK200

Specification

Product Overview

The Electromagnetic Flowmeter NM200 Series is composed of a sensor and a converter and operates based on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction. It is designed for measuring the flow rate of conductive liquids and conductive two-phase media.

The measured medium should generally have a conductivity greater than 5 μS/cm (the conductivity of tap water is typically about 100–500 μS/cm). The NM200 is suitable for measuring acid solutions, alkali solutions, salt solutions, pulp, slurry, and other conductive media, provided that the medium does not contain large amounts of ferromagnetic substances or excessive air bubbles.

Working Principle

The Electromagnetic Flowmeter NM200 Series measures flow according to Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction.

When a conductive liquid passes through the magnetic field generated inside the sensor, an induced voltage proportional to the flow velocity is generated. The converter processes this electrical signal and converts it into flow data for display and output.
