Portable Ultrasonic Liquid Water Flowmeter NG800 | Clamp-On Flow Meter

  • Brand:NOIKE-AH
  • Model:NG800

Specification

Product Overview

The NOIKE-AH Ultrasonic Flowmeter  NG800 is a non-contact ultrasonic flow measurement solution designed for a wide range of liquid flow monitoring applications. Manufactured with patented technologies, the NG800 integrates advanced semiconductor components from leading manufacturers including Philips, Maxim, TI, and Xilinx, providing improved performance, stability, and reliability.

The flowmeter features a patented balanced low-voltage multi-pulse excitation circuit, which significantly enhances anti-interference capability. This allows the instrument to operate reliably even in demanding industrial environments where variable frequency drives (VFDs) or other electrical equipment are present.

Because both the flowmeter and transducers are externally mounted with no moving parts, measurement is not affected by system pressure, pipe wear, or fouling.

Why Choose the Ultrasonic Flowmeter NG800 ?

The NG800 is designed for applications requiring reliable, non-invasive flow measurement without interrupting pipeline operation.

Key advantages include:

  • Non-contact ultrasonic measurement with no moving parts
  • Suitable for large pipe sizes from DN32 to DN6000
  • Excellent anti-interference performance using patented excitation technology
  • No pressure loss during measurement
  • Suitable for installation without cutting the pipeline
  • Multiple output and communication options for industrial automation
  • Supports long-term flow data recording
  • Suitable for water, wastewater, chemicals, oils, and other liquid media

Working Principle

The NG800 measures liquid flow using ultrasonic technology.

Ultrasonic transducers are installed externally on the pipeline to transmit and receive ultrasonic signals through the pipe wall. The flow rate is calculated based on the propagation characteristics of the ultrasonic signals in the flowing liquid.

Since the transducers do not contact the measured medium and the system contains no moving mechanical parts, the measurement is not affected by pipeline pressure, scaling, or mechanical wear.
